The club offers opportunity for competitive and recreational running and training, as well as a social environment where you can get support and help on building your marathon calendar. Boston Certified The Marathon Matters 21.1 km Loop is now certified by Athletics Canada/Run Canada as accurate according to the standards of Road Running Technical Council. The course is a 21.1 km out-and-back loop starting in Wascana Park in front of the Saskatchewan Legislature. It will be used for two Marathon Matters 2009 races: Cure for the Brrr... on 2 Jan and Gopher Attack on 2 April. The competitors who complete marathons in Boston qualifying times will be eligible to enter Boston in 2011. The course will also be used occasionally for Marathon Matters training runs.
